Hello!!! I'm back!!! Not much has happened honestly, I've just been hanging out. I guess I could talk about me actually talking to my dad on the phone (and how badly that went), but I don't wanna. Besides, if I talk about another depressing topic I might as well make a private post lol.
Guess I should talk about my random fandom stuff. I've recently gotten into Sailor Moon! (Which inadvertently got me into RGU but hahaha we're not gonna talk about that juuust yet.)
Anyway, I just read the manga, I didn't have enough patience to watch the anime.(But it still seems really good!! just a bit too... Monster of the week-y for me. Maybe I should use a "filler guide" or something, I don't really know.) But the manga was fun! The characters were likable, the story wasn't bad, and the ending was awesome!! Favorite character was Haruka/Sailor Uranus, love me some butch lesbians. :3
But this got me thinking... What if I took my favorite pokemon, the Eeveelutions, and made them magical girls? the end product was several new eeveelution ocs.
Several humans are chosen by Ho-oh, and given an item that allows them to transform into anthropomorphic Eeveelution magical girls. Using these forms, they fight for justice, and the "ever evolving earth". I imagine the items resemble round gemstones that have the pokemon type symbols on them (Like the energy cards from the pokemon tcg). I only have one character designed so far, the Sylveon character, Amelia Inaba. But I've only designed her sylveon form, not her human form. I would show off the design here but I kinda need to make the digital version of the drawing. Once I finish the render, I'll post it.
Oh, and the names of the group? The Eevolutionaries. It's goofy, kinda cheesy, and I like it. Oh yeah, also I imagine this taking place in Nimbasa City.
In other news, I'm now having a close friend watch Revolutionary Girl Utena. I love RGU so much, it's honestly great! I could say so much but I feel like that would be spoiling!! All I'll say is UtAnthy is the best thing ever...
